Hog Roasts

Ever had a hog roast….as in a good hog roast…one that slow roasted anything up to 12 hours before service? Forget pre sliced meat on trays, ours come straight from the roasters and melt in the mouth, served on a proper bap from our local baker here in Denbighshire with a selection of home made chutneys and apple sauce. Salted crackling and a spoon of sage and onion stuffing finishes off this wonderful delight. Only having a small affair then worry not, our service starts from quarter hogs which feed about 40 guests right through to full ones serving up to 200.

Not fussed on Pork? Or fancy a duo of slow roasted meats? Then how about Chicken or our locally sourced Welsh Lamb. And when we say local, we mean it! Less than 3 miles down the road to our Kitchens in North Wales is the Phillips family of Welsh lamb breeders. Based in the small village of Llandrillo near Bala, these tasty lambs are free to roam the Berwyn mountains. Tastes absolutely stunning served on a bap with mint sauce.

Whole roasted chickens with crispy salted skin come served with sage and onion stuffing to finish off the dish. Available all year round.

Our local Lamb is available from mid June through to December.
